We are currently hiring for the following position:

📌 Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Khilgaon Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Vacancy: 01

Job Responsibilities

·         Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and website chat.

·         Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, products, delivery, pricing, and return policy.

·         Confirm orders and follow up with courier partners.

·         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.

·         Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support.

·         Handle complaints effectively and provide solutions.

·         Assist with daily operations and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements

·         Strong communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a plus).

·         Good typing speed and ability to handle online chats.

·         Ability to manage workload, multitask, and work under pressure.

·         Must be polite, patient, responsible, and customer-focused.

·         Basic knowledge of Facebook Page Management & E-commerce operations preferred.

·         Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

·         10 hours/day

·         Weekly Holiday: 1 day

·         Flexible shift options depending on workload
