Return & Refund Conditions
Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery. If any issue is found, it may be returned immediately.
If any issue is noticed after receiving the product, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Valid proof (image/video) of the issue must be provided.
Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refund or replacement will be applicable if:
- The product is damaged or faulty
- The product is different from the description
- There are manufacturing defects
Refund / Replacement Process
After receiving the returned product, replacement will be provided based on the available quantity of the returned item OR A refund will be issued as per the customer’s preference
Important: All complaints and returns must be completed within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
